Introduction to therapy

First steps

Our first step is to connect for a free consultation for thirty to forty five minutes to discuss if this is the right fit for your needs.  Free Office consultation is available upon request for Saturdays. 

Sessions/intake process

Creating a map 

In our first session we will review all the information gathered during the intake process to specifically cater to you as a person and your needs.   I will overview information that is specific to guiding our work to collaborate on creating specific goals and objectives.  

Goals and Objectives 

One Year Plan

In our work we collaborate to find answers and identify specific goals that support your needs.  These could be how to reduce stress, reduce sadness or explore purpose and meaning in our lives.
